Mike Steindorf

As a Partner, Mike Steindorf serves on the Fund's Investment Committee and is responsible for deal sourcing and execution as well as portfolio company growth initiatives. Mike originally joined Trinity Hunt in 2005 and spent two years with the firm before leaving to pursue his M.B.A. Upon obtaining his M.B.A., Mike rejoined Trinity Hunt in 2009 to continue his private equity career with the firm. Prior to joining Trinity Hunt, he worked for the Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers as a member of their Global Natural Resources Group.

Mike is the Chairman of the Board of Centrata, and currently serves on the boards of MainStreet, Miller Integrated Solutions and Unity MSK. Previously, he served on the board of Mid America Pet Food. He received his B.B.A. with honors in Finance from Texas A&M University and his M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Dallas with his wife and three daughters and is an avid runner, golfer and Aggie fan. Mike and his wife are volunteers in the children’s ministry at their church.
