Luz Martinez

Luz joined Trinity Hunt in 2024 with more than two decades of experience in financial controlling. She oversees accounting, treasury and other financial activities. Luz began her career in the automotive industry at Panasonic where she worked in the component division and gained valuable experience in cost analysis and manufacturing operations. She later joined Mexico’s largest textile group, overseeing local companies and a key partnership with Fruit of the Loom. Her background also includes working for one of the main private equity funds in Mexico as well as a technology startup.

She graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico.

In addition to her corporate career, Luz is passionate about education and serves as a part-time, post-graduate professor. During the first semester of each year, she teaches finance in an MBA joint program between Centro and the Fashion Institute of Technology at the State University of New York.
