George Morgan

As a Partner, George Morgan serves on the Fund's Investment Committee and is responsible for deal sourcing and execution as well as portfolio company growth initiatives. George’s previous roles include positions with Harren Equity Partners, where he focused on deal execution and portfolio company value creation in middle-market private equity, and at Harris Williams & Co., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the transportation & logistics industry.

George is Chairman of the Boards of Exclusive Concepts and MarksNelson, and also serves on the boards of Argano and MainStreet. He received his B.S. magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University, and his M.B.A. with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
