Elvira Gracia

As a Senior Associate in FP&A, Elvira Gracia plays a key role in developing and executing financial strategies, optimizing budgeting processes, and enhancing operational efficiencies. She collaborates with the Management Team to oversee ad-hoc performance reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights. With extensive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning, Elvira brings a strong background in the financial services and technology sectors.

Before joining THP in 2024, Elvira was part of the FP&A team at Nubank, a leading Brazilian neobank, where she was responsible for budget forecasting and aligning financial analysis with the company’s rapid growth. Prior to that, she worked at a credit rating agency, focusing on credit risk assessment for financial institutions and asset-backed securities (ABS). Elvira also held roles in FP&A and Revenue Growth Management at Hershey’s.

Elvira graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico.
