Carter Tatum

As Senior Director of Talent for the Portfolio Resource Group, Carter helps drive efficient and scalable hiring solutions for C-level talent ensuring we attract and hire top talent for our portfolio companies. Carter joined Trinity Hunt Partners from Vista Equity Partners where she was responsible for all recruiting efforts for investment professionals and business operations roles. Prior to joining Vista, Carter led investment professional recruiting at H.I.G. Capital. Before her time at H.I.G., Carter was a Business Manager at Christie’s Auction House and managed professional development and staffing at McKinsey & Company in the Business Technology Office (now McKinsey Digital).

Carter graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Plan II Liberal Arts Honors and a B.S. in Corporate Communications. She also holds an M.A. in History of Art and the Art Market from Christie’s Education.
