Trinity Hunt Partners Announces Acquisition of Juris Medicus

Trinity Hunt Partners, a growth-oriented middle market private equity firm, today announced its partnership with Juris Medicus, a full-service medical expert sourcing and case management company based in San Antonio, Texas. Juris Medicus was founded in 2011 by Gilbert R. Meadows, MD, Chief Medical Director, and provides services to more than 250 law firms. Trinity Hunt is partnering with Dr. Meadows and the company’s senior management team including Mark Johnson, President, and Shaun Kennedy, EVP, to accelerate the company’s growth trajectory through both organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions. The management team will remain significant shareholders of Juris Medicus.
