IMS ExpertServices (IMS) Announces Acquisition of The Focal Point

IMS ExpertServices (IMS), a full-service provider of expert witness search and placement services and a portfolio company of Trinity Hunt Partners, today announced the acquisition of The Focal Point (TFP).

The Focal Point, headquartered in Oakland, California, provides trial graphics and litigation consultancy services to AM Law 250 clients. IMS’ combination with TFP will provide clients with broader and deeper access to the services needed to design and execute winning litigation strategies.

The Partners and executive management team of TFP, including Hilton, Chris Ritter and Jason Barnes will remain shareholders and will be active with the business going forward.
